Those who took part to get their level of alcohol checked and achieved The Last Man Standing status (one drink or less) got the chance to win instant prizes from cinema tickets to Starbucks dollars. For the grand prize, all Last Man Standing winners will be pooled in a chance to win a trip for four to Bali.

Simply pop by the venues and follow our Breathe Babes & Hunks to the Last Man Standing machine and measure your alcohol level at the end of the night. The less you drink, the more your chances of winning!

Well, only vouchers to some of the coolest activities one can do without drinking! There are movies tickets to any Cathay cinema, S$20 worth of Playnation hours, S$20 worth of Starbucks dollars, and S$20 worth of Superbowl vouchers to be won!

Terms & Conditions
The Last Man Standing Contest (“Contest”) is organised by the Health Promotion Board (“HPB”). The Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating in the Contest, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility
1. Contest is only open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
2. The HPB “The Last Man Standing” Lucky Draw ("Draw") is only open to those who is aged 18 and above.
3. All Contest participants are required to fill in their personal particulars (i.e. name, email, contact number, ID and age) in the Contest entry form to be eligible to participate in the Contest. All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete. Any Contest entry form submitted with incomplete or invalid details will be disqualified immediately.
4. Each participant is only entitled to participate in the Contest using a single name, email address and contact number. Participants may not enter the Contest using multiple identities.
5. Health Promotion Board (HPB) and their immediate family members are not eligible under the Draw.
6. Employees or staff of external auditors who are directly involved in the Draw and the advertising agencies of Health Promotion Board and any other party directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw are also not eligible for the Draw.
Winner Selection
1. Participants shall participate in the Contest by taking part in a sobriety challenge which involves a breathalyser test that is attached to a machine.
2. Participants who achieve the “Last Man Standing” level on the machine for each night (between promotion period for the campaign – 16,17, 23, 24, 30 and 31 December 2011, and 6 and 7 January 2011) will be eligible for the contest.
3. HPB is not responsible for Contest entries that are lost or incorrectly filled in.
4. The winner will be notified by e-mail as provided in the winner’s Contest entry form.
5. The winner will be announced and posted on www.breathe.sg, Breathe Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/breathe.sg) and HPB’s Breathe Twitter Page. (http://twitter.com/breathesg)
6. HPB reserves the right to withhold the selection process of the winner.
7. The prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other benefits-in-kind.
8. The prize is only valid for collection at the date and time specified by HPB. The prize will be forfeited if not collected by the winner within the time period specified.
9. Prize is inclusive of airport transfer but exclusive of all applicable Airline / Airport / Fuel taxes or travel insurance.
10. Upon request by HPB, the Contest winner shall provide proof of his or her identity and any other details deemed necessary and relevant to verify the identity of the Contest winner, as determined by HPB at its discretion.
11. Winner and their travelling partners will need to obtain permission from HPB for credit mention of HPB for the trip on their facebook, twitter or blog post.

General
1. HPB shall be entitled to use the winner's name and information for publicity purposes, including via print, broadcast and online media.
2. The decision of HPB on all matters relating to the Contest, including the eligibility of participants and the selection of the winner, is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. HPB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without any further notice.
4. Problems affecting the Contest: If for any reason any aspect of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of HPB which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, HPB may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or invalidate any affected submissions, and shall not be liable for any claim, action, damage, or loss as a result of such cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or invalidation.
5. If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the Draw or ineligible to receive the prize, HPB reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize at its discretion and confer the same on any other person as may be selected by HPB in any manner as HPB deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from HPB should any prize be forfeited.
6. HPB may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by HPB, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item.
7. HPB’s decision on all matters relating to this Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions will prevail.
8. HPB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw.
9. HPB shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense howsoever arising incurred by a participant in connection with this Contest, including the collection and subsequent use of the awarded prize.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and all participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any dispute arising in connection with the Contest.
