Using Music to Relieve Stress

If you’ve been visiting us regularly, you’ll have learned many ways of coping with depression, rage, stress, or frustration.

From physical activity to positive thinking, from nutrition habits to support groups, there’s many ways of getting out of the “blue” zone!

But what about those times when you’re so angry that you feel like repeatedly punching a wall, or those times you’re so sad you feel like running far away from your problems?
